F.A.Q.

Q: Where did you learn to sew?

A: I started out by watching my aunt sew as a little girl. In my teenage years, I played around with the sewing machine and YouTube videos. When I turned 22, I went to a private instructor for two years and perfected the craft!

Q: Does any of your videos provide sewing lessons?

A: No they do not. It’s a lot with sewing and learning the machine in itself. That’s not something I’m trained to do, sewing however is

Q: Do you come up with these projects on your own?

A: Some of them I do, others I don’t. I always state where they came from and provide the source if applicable.

Q: Do you travel to do fashion shows?

A: Yes I do! The beauty of meeting new people and finding new opportunities comes with traveling.

Q: Why don’t you model?

A: LOL that’s a loaded question but lets just say, I tried it before even designing and it wasn’t the best field for me. I went to modeling school in high school so a lot of the skills I was taught I still apply (no chipped nail polished, keep well groomed at ALL times, etc.)

Q: Who does your videos and pics?

A: I do them all myself. After a few years of playing around with different software and equipment I’m become better acquainted.

Q: What would you recommend someone just starting out?

A: Find something you love and give it your all. Always remember, the only person who can really stop you from progressing is you!
